Reach
Hello is an old word and a useful one. It assumes a human on both sides of the screen.
If you are reaching CAOD about pages, apps, partnerships, or anything that does not fit a form, write to us:
Put the product or topic in the subject line. Tell us what you need in the first paragraph. We read mail during ordinary working hours and answer with sentences, not ticket numbers.
This page sits beside Contact on purpose. Contact lists the facts. Hello is the tone: direct, unperformed, without a chat widget or a sales alias.
Formal notices for Tidalux Ltd may also be sent to the registered office on Company. For press boilerplate, see Press and partners. For what we decline by policy, see What we will not do.
One address keeps the correspondence honest. We prefer that to a grid of inboxes nobody monitors.
